Elwood Quad Theaters Bar required an updated Recipe Book to better suit New Hires. This updated version shows the tools and ingredients as large recognizable icons to help new bartenders know what they need faster. This will help avoid confusion and allow them to use the book from further away. For example EQ recommends they hide the book under the counter for easy access.
